MTP: Episode 1

Hello friends and fans! I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my new podcast, Marking Time. It’s been an ambition of mine for some time to create and share a podcast for my fellow grown-ups, music to both inspire and entertain.

Roughly once a month, maybe more – maybe less, I’ll be recording a new episode for you to sample. Each instalment will reflect a bit of me and my ever changing moods (thanks Paul Weller!) as well as the times in which we live.

The music will have a deep Gen-X sensibility but will also reflect my eclectic tastes and will draw heavily from my newly adopted Canadian home.  I’ll also make sure to include a playlist so you can check out music you like (or not) more closely.

So with that, click Marking Time Episode 1 to listen, and check out the playlist below. Comments are welcome at my e-mail address: mark@markingtime.ca

  1. Hey #1—as always, liked some, not others!!! Your little “c” catholic tastes are very evident!!! Would like a little more comment from you on the artists, etc.—-guess I got spoiled with your commentary on the radio show!!
