MTP: Episode 89

MTP-89

Hello everyone and thanks for joining us. We have a very poignant show for you this time out. As our listeners are no doubt aware, 2016 has been an absolutely awful year so far. We’ve lost musical giants David Bowie and Prince and, more recently, Sharon Jones and Leonard Cohen.  We pay tribute to these fallen stars at the end of the program and trust they are forming their own musical constellations in the heavens.

The Marking Time Podcast Episode 89 also features a few living legends as well, including Josh Rouse, Wilco, Ron Sexsmith and The Tragically Hip. Remember that this is our last ‘regular’ MTP of 2016, as we make way for our (sixth!) annual holiday special in December.

So give thanks along with us for real, grownup music and enjoy the next 60 minutes of listening bliss. Remember to keep in touch via social media (Twitter and Facebook) and e-mail as well. Thanks for listening and for your continuing support.
